Please be informed that maintenance technicians will enter SERD Building for AC unit cleaning as a part of our preventive maintenance routine throughout the month of June as per the below schedule.
We request the secretaries of the unit to kindly support our technician to open the respective rooms and please do let us know if any rooms are not listed/included.
It is advisable for the tenants/Users of the room to store their valuables away in a safe place to prevent them from being misplaced or damaged during the process of maintenance.
For AC units cleaning; if any of the tenant/user find the mentioned schedule to be inconvenient, please contact call center office at 5800 or email to callcenter@ait.asia & cc to bhimesh@ait.asia to arrange for another time.
Please note that above schedule may vary if the rooms are open or due to any other technical issues, which will be conveyed to the respective users as needed.
