Dear Residents, Please be informed that technicians will enter ST10 - ST12 and House9 - House28  for AC unit  filter cleaning as a part of our preventive maintenance routine from Friday 23th - Saturday 24th June 2017, which would take only 10 to 15 min for 1 unit. It is advisable for the tenants to store their valuables away in a safe place to prevent them from being misplaced or damaged during the process of maintenance. For AC units cleaning; if any of the tenants find the mentioned schedule to be inconvenient, please contact call center office at 5800 to arrange for another time.

Dear All, Please be informed that Subcontractor will switch the installed new main water supply pipe and sewage pipe from old system to the new and also change some new equipment. Dear All, This is to bring to your kind attention on the following time frame of  renovation work at AIT Extension Building. 1.   Painting of hallway wall on the 2nd floor (25-24 Jun, 1- 2 Jul and 8 - 9 Jul'17) 2.   Replacement of floor tile of the walk way on the 2nd floor (18 Jul - 16 Aug'17) 3.   Replacement of the office wooden doors to glass doors (8 - 16 Aug'17) During the renovation period, there might be loud noise or other disturbance.
