Dear All, Please be informed that as part of the Air Conditioning improvement project, we are planning to renovate the chilled water pipe in SERD and SET building. To plan the proposed improvement,  Subcontractor (VSN) accompanied by TM staff and OFAM staff  will enter SET and SERD building and even into the rooms to survey chilled water pipe and AC units to check the current condition and propose the plan of renovation. The survey is planned from Thursday 11th - Monday 22nd May 2017 as per the below schedule (attached) Please note that survey may need to open the ceiling in the corridor and even in the rooms. We request your kind support to conduct the survey and apologise for the inconvenience that may be caused.

Dear AIT Community, Please be informed that the subcontractor will install main water pipe and change new equipment on Saturday, 27th May 2017 and Sunday, 28th  May 2017 from 09:00 am -16:00 pm, which will require them to dig the road to put in the new pipe. During the work, road in front of SV 1 will be closed, thus cars going inside and out of AIT can use Gate 2.  Main water supply will also be shut off and will affect several areas as follows:  . Because of which the air conditioning system will not work in following areas.
